Your Tasks:

Your focus will be on the planning and design of laboratory and research buildings for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry with high architectural standards. As an architect with knowledge of laboratory planning, you will be dedicated to advising our clients on all aspects of the design, planning and realization of laboratory buildings. You will analyze the work processes and develop optimal solutions together with your colleagues and our engineers.
You will use your specialist know-how to plan the layout and interior, taking into account the relevant applicable guidelines and regulations. You have the relevant specialist knowledge and communicate on an equal footing with our customers and specialist planners. You are visiting project sites occasionally.

Your qualifications:

• Ideally 5 years of professional experience in laboratory planning, minimum 3 years and the motivation to establish yourself in this industry
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a Swiss environment within the discipline
• Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, process engineering, biotechnology, laboratory technology, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of GMP is an advantage
• Experience with common CAD and especially BIM programs (Revit) is a prerequisite
• Experience in tendering is an advantage
• Fluency in French and English (Group language); German an advantage

You should enjoy translating the framework conditions arising from the complex engineering requirements into an identity-creating architecture. You enjoy achieving success as part of a team and have the necessary assertiveness and strong communication skills.

Personally, you are characterized by your creativity, a quick grasp and your ability to work in a team. You have an excellent ability to empathize with customers and are capable to inspire and also demonstrate leadership qualities in customer relationships. Furthermore, you are committed and full of passion for your work.
