Your tasks:

Under the coordination of the COI Chairmen and VP Project Governance: 

• Identify articles (standards and guidelines) and templates requiring updates, deletions, or creation within the WeKnow platform

• Propose and execute a revamped structure for the WeKnow catalogue and main page to enhance usability and navigation

• Prioritize tasks and develop a comprehensive schedule to ensure timely completion of objectives

• Update templates (Word, Excel, PPT, Vision, etc.) and articles based on feedback from stakeholders (COIs), allocating 75% of time to this task. All updates will be conducted in English

Your profile:

• Working student (Administrative assistant or equivalent; no Engineering education needed)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MediaWiki Open Source environment

• Strong networking skills with intensive use of Teams platform

• Attention to detail and ability to work with rigor

• Fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. C1) language skills
